Delivering or Sending Documents

Once you have gathered the necessary paperwork you have three options:

1. Mail your return using US Postal Service only to:
   Ernest Palmer, EA – P.O. Box 384, Lewiston, NY 14092;
2. Drop your return at my house using drop box at the side of garage door;
3. Make an appointment to meet me at my office. Please call in advance to set up an Appointment and use the side garage door. No children please. See instructions below for entering office
